How to Order

We want you to be comfortable. So we've given you lots of ways to order !

3. Mail us - send the complete form to PO BOX 66004, London W3 7BL.
4. Call us- +44 20 8740 8732 between 10am to 5pm, Monday t0 Friday. Please note at
times,we are not able to answer your call. However, do leave us a we message and will call
you back.

VAT

17.5% of VAT is include in our price.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, UK Mastro card, visa debit or personal cheques.

Return and Exchange

We want you to be happy. In fact, we want you to love your mamaway nursing wear so much that you'll order more and tell all your friends! If you're not completely satisfied, simply send the item, with tags still on and in original packing/ condition, back to us within 28 days of the date of purchase. If there is a failure to do so, a refund may be refused.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

1. There is no need to telephone us when sending a return.

2. Fill out the return/exchange form enclosed with your order specifying whether you would like an exchange or a refund. All returned goods must be accompanied by the return/exchange form.

3. Send the parcel to the address on the return/exchange form.

4. On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (except shipping and handling). When returning goods on which you have received free shipping, this offer will no longer apply if the final amount falls under £80. £4 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.

If goods are in stock, we will ship our your order within 2 business days and the charges are as follows

UK standard £0 (Order amount >£80) second class sign-for

UK special delivery £ 7.50 next day

We welcome orders from abroad, and it may take about 6 to 10 business days for the goods to arrive in your country. We will use the international sign for service for all international shipments.

Europe flat rate £6

The rest of the world flat rate £10

Additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.
